Scary Conversations 

Some of the hardest parts of leadership aren't about strategy or operations. They're about people. Giving difficult feedback, setting boundaries, addressing conflict, or communicating expectations can be uncomfortable, even for experienced leaders.

Just in time for Halloween, let's talk about the conversations that scare us! We'll explore ways to approach these situations with more clarity and confidence, share experiences, and learn from one another.

She works with mission-driven organizations to strengthen people practices, develop leaders, and build healthy, effective teams.
