PlanetReuse is a reclaimed construction materials brokerage firm founded on a simple idea – make reclaimed material reuse easier and more people will do it. Since 2008, the firm has been matching commercial materials with designers, builders, and owners to save projects money, earn L.E.E.D. points, and sustain the planet. This year, PlanetReuse will enter the residential reclaimed materials market by launching two new services to connect online, residential buyers with inventories from brick-and-mortar reused material retailers like the 750+ Habitat for Humanity ReStores nationwide: PlanetReuse Marketplace, an online store for residential buyers seeking reclaimed building materials; and InvenQuery™, a mobile application and web-based technology platform for reuse retailers. PlanetReuse continues to establish itself as a leader in the reclaimed building materials industry. Click here to learn more.

“By being a part of this network I’ve come to realize the true power of collaboration. It’s amazing what can be envisioned when we work together to benefit the whole rather than just struggling separately. Many reuse organizations don’t have enormous resources, but by coming together we can achieve great things.”
Luis Jimenez, Director of Donor Relations, Goodwill of NY/NJ
MEMBER SERVICES
Member Promotion
It’s our mission to spread the word about reuse, and about our members. Each month we distribute an e-newsletter to our members and friends — within the newsletter we do a feature one of our partner-level members. Likewise, if our members let us know that they are having a special promotion or event, we gladly post it on our social media platforms.
Education Opportunities
Free Training: Members will have access to our innovative and informative Master Reuser ®Program.
Master Reuser®is Reuse Alliance’s “train the trainer” certificate program. This webinar-based training program allows us to support the entire reuse community (public & reuse organizations) around the country in cost-effective, time-efficient, and eco-friendly manner. Master Reuser® encompasses two separate modules of training: Reuse Sector Training (recruiting now) and Community Advocate Training (coming soon).
Reuse Practitioner Module. This module is expressly designed for senior managers of reuse enterprises (non-profit and for-profit). The technical assistance provided not only improves individual skills in strategic thinking, marketing, and project development, it can also improve the effectiveness of the participant’s organization by allowing them to take the skills gained from the program to help train staff and volunteers.
Community Advocate Module (coming soon). This module is expressly designed for concerned citizens who would like to improve their reuse knowledge and to learn practical skills that will help them become reuse advocates and increase the reuse awareness within their community.
